Grand Opening Gala September 14

Our theme for the 2010 Gala is “Paint the Town Green.” You might instinctively think that we’re referring to Spartan green, and of course there will be plenty of that! But more importantly, the Gala will extend our commitment to environmental responsibility, from construction right through the celebration. We are seeking LEED® certification for the Secchia Center and are applying this “green” approach at the Gala as well. We are illustrating how thoughtful choices – such as gourmet, locally-grown organic food – can minimize our environmental impact without sacrificing quality or even increasing cost.
